I finally got it, after a few shots of trial and error, I finally perfected the style for making the text like the one on my ID. Which I did by using a series of stroke layers. This one is a one shot deal, no need to merge layers, apply style and repeat, it's all in one shot. Y'know, the second one looks a lot like the text from Transformers. Anyway, enjoy.
